CHANGING JOCKEYS
“HIGH-HANDED, WITH INTERESTING POSSIBILITIES.” LONDON, February 17. The “Pall Mall Gazette” says that tho action of the Western Australian racing stewards in changing jockeys before a race is somewhat nign-handed, and makes for interesting possibilities. If the idea were adopted in England there would be a howl of protest from owners.
