MATRIMONIAL SWINDLES
A GERMAN DOCTOR’S ARREST. BERLIN, February 16. Dr Segel, of the Construction Department, who was reported to have been arrested on a charge of selling submarine plans to England, is accused of matrimonial swindles, not espionage.
