END OF TOWN GONE SHOPS, HOUSES, AND CHURCH DEMOLISHED. . By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received February 17, 3.2 G p.m.) MELBOURNE, February 17. A fire at Outtrim, seventy-five miles south-east of Melbourne, destroyed Mrs Lattersby’s house and drapery establishment, the post and telegraph office, Mrs Rankin's store, Hoarey'e hotel, Beard’s butcher’s shop and house, Ward’s house, and the Baptist Church. Other buildings were scorched. Nine months ago a lire destroyed eight shops in the same block, of which only one was rebuilt, so that one end of the town has now gone.
