NATIONALIST UNOPPOSED. LONDON, February 16. Mr Martin Murphy (Nationalist) has been returned unopposed for the East Waterford seat in the House of Commons, rendered vacant by the death of Mr P. J. Power. [ln 1895, i 960, 1906, and 1910, Mr Power was returned unopposed.J
