Servia, at the Bulgarians’ request; is sending two army divisions to Adrianople. THE TURKISH DEBT DISTRIBUTION AMONG BALKAN ALLIES. PARIS, February 12. The French Government is inviting the Ambassadors of the Great Powers to a financial conference to discuss the question of the distribution of the lurkish debt among the Balkan Allies when the latter have been installed in the conquered territory. A preliminary investigation places the amount at between sixteen and eighteen million pounds. - ENGAGEMENT PENDING 60,000 MEN LANDED BY ENVER . - BEY. CIRCASSIANS WIPED OUT. LONDON, February 12. Reuter’s Constantinople correspondent states that Enver Bey, with 60,000 men, safely landed at Eregli, under the guns of. the Turkish Ihe Bulgarians retired on their, lines, where there is a prospeect or a general engagement. Troops are advancing from Chataldeja to co-operato with Enver Bey’s force. Hundreds of Circassians were sent to Midia, on the Black Sea, and instructed to harass the Bulgarian communications . The first attempt failed, the Circassians being and wiped out. THE FRENCH DEMAND URGENT REPRESENTATIONS TO BULGARIA. PARIS, February 12. ' The French Government has made further urgent representations to the Bulgarian Government regarding her request that Bulgaria should permit the foreign consuls and 200 Europeans to leave Adrianople. GREEKS FRUSTRATE TURKS TURKS LOSE MEN AND WAR MATERIAL. ATHENS, February 12. The Greeks frustrated a Turkish attempt to occupy a defile at Zavreke near Janina. Many Turks were killed and they lost much war material, ihe Greek losses were small, and Geneial Mathemanoula was slightly wounded. HEAVY BOMBARDMENT BULGARIAN AEROPLANES DROP BOMBS. (Received February 14, 0.55 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, February 13. A heavy bombardment of Adrianople is proceeding. Bulgarian aeroplanes dropped bombs. There is severe fighting at Gallipoli. the bulair fight “ BULGARIAN VERSION EXAGGERATED.” SHEVKET PASHA INTERVIEWED. (Received February 14, 0.55 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, February 13. Official circles declare that the Bulgarian version of the Bulair fight is exaggerated. The Turkish losses did not exceed eight hundred, and the Bulgarians did not gam one inch. Ihe Turks are now fortifying their positions at Bulair. Shcvket Pasha, in an interview, said he did not accept office with the sole object of continuing the war, hut rather in order to conclude peace. He had replied to the Powers’ Note with a proposal whereon peace negotiations might be continued.
