CHINESE IN AUSTRALIA
CONSPIRACY TO PROCURE ADMISSION. MELBOURNE, February 11. John Spargo, a Customs officer, Hoy a Chinese interpreter, and Hey Poo, a dealer, have been arrested on a charge of conspiring with persons' in Hongkong to procure admission of Chinese to the Commonwealth. A special officer who recently visited Hongkong reported that an agency existed there for tho disposal of naturalisation papers.
