KING AND PRINCE IN A DIRIGIBLE. MADRID, February 9. King Alfonso and Prince Leopold of Battenberg sailed over Madrid in a dirigible. They were in the air for two hours. AVIATOR AND MECHANIC DROWNED. BERLIN, February 9. Captain Jencthky, a military aviator, with a mechanic, was flying over the Gulf of Rantzic, when the machine fell and both men were drowned.
