JAPANESE AMBASSADOR
NEW APPOINTMENT TO LONDON. TOKYO, February 9. M. Inouye Katsunosuke, ex-Ambas-eador to Berlin, has been apoointed Ambassador to London. The new Ambassador to London was born in 1860. He was appointed Secretary to the Japanese Legation in Berlin 1886, Secretary and Councillor to the Foreign Office in 1893, and Ambassador to Berlin in 1893.
