PETONE CLUB. Following are results of Saturday’s races: , Mothes Cup.—W. Sharon (st) and O. Haddock beat A. White (st) and W. Clapson by half a length after a great finish. W. Hume (st )and J. Ingham beat S. McFarlane (st) and J. Wilson easily. H. Parrant (st) and «T. Hickey beat B. Tremain and J. Staples comfortably. In the semi-final H. Parrant and J. Hickey beat W. Sharon and O. Haddock, but were defeated in the final by W. Hume and J. Ingham after a keen race, a few feet separating the boats. , 1V , T Club Pairs. —H. Parrant (st) and J. Kirk beat Sharon (st) and Howie in the semi-final by two lengths. In the final between C. H. Burridge (st )and O. Haddock and H. Parrant (st) and J. Kirk the latter gained a two-length win. . . Next Saturday the junior sculls are to be rowed.
