MARCONI CONTRACT
COMPANY WILL NOT BE BELIEVED. (Received February 6, 11.5 p.m.) LONDON. February 6. The Postmaster-General, Mr H. Samuel, has •written the Marconi Com?any that the delay was very regretable, but the contract provides for the House of Commons’ approval, and consequently there is no adequate reason rcr releasing the company from their obligation.
