MONOPLANE AND BIPLANE. REPORT OF INVESTIGATING COMMITTEE. (Received February 4, 9.55 p.mA LONDON, February 4. The “War Office committee investigating recent deaths of monopianists, re. ports that there is no evidence that the monoplane is less stable than the biplane. The report suggests a regular mechanical inspection of aeroplanes and the addition of skilled mechanics to each squadron. ANOTHER FATALITY. (Received February 4, 11.55 p.m.) ROME, February 4. Nloeari, aeroplaning £it the Turin aerodrome, fell one hundred feet and was killed.
