EFFORTS FOR ANGLO-GERMAN ' PEACE. • LONDON, February 2. The German Ambassador at London (Prince Lichnowsky), speaking at a banquet held by German residents on the occasion of the- Kaiser's birthday, gave a glowing eulogy of the Kaiser’s work in the interest of Anglo-German peace.
