(Received February 4, 1.5 a.m.) BRISBANE, February 3. For the inter-State cricket there was an excellent wicket. Queensland, in the second innings, made 144—Sheppard 45, Law (not out) 50. Armstrong took five wickets for 48 runs. Brown three for 35. Victoria, in the second innings, lost no wickets for 60.
