Press Association. AUCKLAND, February 3. At the Supreme Court, Robert Coe applied for a divorce from Mgry Jane Coo, alleging misconduct with Peter Riley. Tbo wife came to tbo Dominion as an assistant immigrant. A decree nisi was granted, and damages, £250, against the co-respondent Riley, petitioner getting tho custody of the children. 1 Tho case was undefended. Decrees nisi were granted in the eases of Albert Edward Julian v. Sarah Julian on the ground of adultery, and Lucy Winifred Real v. James Arthur Reid, adultery and desertion.
