CHINESE IN CANADA
IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM CONTEMPLATED. OTTAWA, February X. The Government is contemplating the introduction of a system for the identification of Chinese. Photographs andtho Bertiilon system will be used. It is estimated that there are fifty thousand Chinese in the Dominion. No statement has yet been forthoom* mg as to whether the system will include Hindus.
