GBEIY OR KHAKI FOR BRITISH INFANTRY. LONDON, January 30. The “Pall Mall Gazette ” says it is rumoured that, in order to economise, the War Office is considering the question of tho substitution of grey or khaki for scarlet as the only wear for the infantry, except the Guards.
