TRIPOLITAN WAR
BANKS PURCHASE ITALIAN TREASURY BONDS.
(Received January 23, 1.10 a.m.) ROME, January 27.
The Italian banks have purchased at par, without public subscription, the whole of the four hundred million Ur©, 4 per centum. Treasury bonds, which axe to provide chiefly for the expenditures arising out of the Trinolitan war.
