Mr. R. J. Duncan sold yesterday at his mart. Panama-street, the Wardell property referred to in our issue of the previous day. There was a good attendance, and good prices were realized, as wdl bo seen by the following list :—Suburban land at Wardell—One section to C. H. Hunt, £3; 3 sections to W. Since the sale 27 sections were disposed of by private contract at £3 17s. 6d. per lot, adding to the total above mentioned £545, making the whole sum realised by the sale £3245, being at the average of £l2 10s. 7d. per acre.
