The following are •t'he returns of traffic foe the four weeks ending 23rd September, 1876 : Wellington to" Masterton Railway"—97l9 passengers,, £589 18s. 5d.; parcels, &c., £l7 7s. Id.; 8 season tickets, £32 2s. 10d.; 513 tons Bcwt. freight, 52,057 ft. timber, 1 horse, 6 carriages, 5 calves, and 52 sheep, £lB6 10s. 6d. Total, £825 IBs. lOd. .
