THE WANGANUI TRADE.

TO THE EDITOR OE THE NEW ZEALAND TIMES. - Sir, —Having constant business with Wanganui.l have been puzzled to know why the owners of the two steamers Manawatu and Stormbird cannot run their vessels on separate days, and thereby give communication four times a week, instead of twice a week as at present. If the owners only knew how the public would be benefited by running the vessels separately, they would have the alteration made without delay. Lately I have noticed that if one steamer is delayed for a day the other is bound to follow her example. Does this mean shepherding one another ? Apologising for trespassing so much on your valuable space,—l am, &e., Traveller.
