TO THE EDITOR OP THE NEW ZEALAND TIMES. Sik, —I am curious to know how it is that a gentlemen whose interests (practically) are centered at Thorndon should act as the representative of the extensive ward of Te Aro where the said gentleman has not more pro* perty than he could comfortably carry about with him in his fob. Can we not find in Te Aro a suitable man to represent the ward?—l am, &c., Te Aro, . Laborer,
