They must be addressed to the Hon. the Minister for Public Works, Wellington, and marked outside, “ Tender for Completion of Clutha Bridge Contract.” Plans and specifications may be seen at the Public Works Offices, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin, and Invercargill.
