Third Series of Land Sales. Important Sale of Town and Country Lands. Mr. JAMeTsMITH HAS received instructions to submit to Public Auction, at his Mart, Plimmer’s Wharf, on WEDNESDAY, the 18th instant, the following Valuable Freehold Properties, viz:— Town Acre 629, situated in Tinakori Road, with that handsome Dwelling House thereon, built by Arthur T. Holroyd, Esq. Town Acte No. 3'>7 Kent Terrace, with the Dwelling House, Mill and other buildings thereon, known as the Te Aro Windmill. This is a mostvaluable section and can also be made a most profitable investment; there is an excellent well of water on the acre. Town Acre , kno vn as Captain Shuttleworth’s property in Tinakori road, with the Buildings thereon ; sub-divided to suit purchasers.
