NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that by a peed bearing date the 11th day of February, in the Year 1852, and expressed to be made between George Waters of Wellington, in the colony of New Zealand, General Dealer, of the first part, Kenneth Bethune and George Hunter, of Wellington aforesaid, Merchants, and William Hickson, of Wellington aforesaid, Merchant, of the second part, and iue several other persons whose names are thereunto subscribed, being creditors of the said George Waters, of the third part,-the said George Waters hath conveyed, assured, and assigned all his Real Estate, Stock-in-Trade, Furniture and Effects, unto the said Kenneth Bethune, George.
