Colonial Secretary's Office, Wellington, 16th April, 1849. rpHE LIEUTENANT- GOVERNOR beJ- lieving that some of the Regulati ons relative to the Colonial Hospital are not sufficiently known to the Public, has been pleased to direct the following to be made known for general information : — First. That the Hospital is open to the visits and inspection of the Public at all reasonable times. Secondly.
