GOVERNMENT NOTICE.

To Road-Makers, Contractors, &c. rpENDERS will be received up to 11th May, JL for the construction of a Cart-road between Section No. 2. of the Kinapora District on the Porirua Road, and the Stockade on No. 14. of the same district. The Plan and Sections of the proposed line, with the necessary specifications, may be seen after 3d May, at Mr. T. H. Fitzgerald's Office, where forms of tender may be obtained, and where all tenders, which must be sealed, are to be addressed indorsed on the cover — " Tender for Porirua Road." Each party tendering must comply with the above conditions, and name two respectable securities for the due performance of their engagement, otherwise no notice will be taken of their tender.
