NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that SEALED TENDERS, in duplicate, will be received by the Undersigned until Monday next, the 11th instant, at noon, for the purpose of furnishing the undermentioned Supplies to the Troops about to be stationed at or in the immediate neighbourhood of the Militia Stockade on the Porirua Road, between the 14th instant and the 31st March, 1847, under the conditions which have been published in the several numbers of the New Zealand Spectator newspaper, for February last, with reference to similar supplies for Wellington and the River Hutt posts, viz. — Bread, Biscuit, Flour, » at per Yb Fresh Meat, Vegetables, •* Or, the Ration of Bread and Meat, consisting of 183 of each, may be tendered at per Ration. Rum, (West India) at per Imperial Gallon. Firewood, of a marketable description, and cut into 4 feet lengths, at per 1001b. Mould Candles, at per J5. Dip Candles, at per lb~. In all cases where persons who have tendered, refuse to fulfil their offers upon light or frivolous excuses, it will be competent for the Undersigned to decline to receive Tenders from them at any future period. British Gold and Silver Coins alone will be

The Plans and Specifications may be viewed on application at the Office of the Architect, Mr. T. H. Fitzgerald, any day subsequent to the 21st instant. The Tenders must be submitted according to a Form which will be furnished by the Architect, and must be sealed, and endorsed " Tenders for the ertction of a Native Hospital Wellington."
