By the late arrivals we have received Sydney papers to Sept. 22d, from which we have made copious extracts. The latest quotations in the Sydney market are, — first flour, £15 per ton ; black oil, £16 per ton ; whalebone, £115 to £120 per ton ; New Zealand Flax, £12 per ton. A meeting has been called in Sydney by the Mayor for the purpose of petitioning the Queen and Houses of Parliament to remove the decision of the House of Commons respecting Australian wheat. The Sydney Morning Herald, Sept. 22d, publishes the result of the Courts Martial held at Auckland on Lieut. £. Barclay, and Ensign J. Campbell, from which it would appear that Lieut. Barclay is acquited of the charges preferred against him, and Ensign Campbell is found guilty of having heedlessly and carelessly guarded the Blockhouse committed to his charge, and is sentenced to be severely reprimanded.

Kip, Is. Id, per lb. ; Sheep skins, 3s. 3d. to 3s. sd. each.
