IN pursuance of " The Electoral Act, 1905," I, GILBEET GEAHAM HODGKINS, Eetuining Officer for the Electoral District of Wellington Cential, do hereby give notice that, by \irtue of a Wnt bearing date the 22nd day of November, 1905, under the hand of the Cleik of the Wins, an election will be held for the return ot a qualified person to serve as member for the taid district ; and that the latest day for receiving nominations of candidates will be the 28th day of November, 1905, and that the poll if necessary, will be taken at the seveial polling places of the said distnct on the 6th day of December, 1905. Every man desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not less than two electois r f the distnct, by a nomination paper as prescribed by section 97 of the said Act, delivered to the Eeturning Officer on or before the 28th day of November, 1905 The following are the polling places for the Electoral District of Wellington Central : — Skating Eink (principal). Drillshed, Buckle Street. Alexandra Hall, Abel-Nmith Street. Eeehabite Chambers, Manners Stieet. Diuids' Hall, Taranaki Stieet. Aro Street, Churcbroom. Public School, Willis Street.
