ABOUT Two Thousand Acres of LAND, situated between the Pensioner settlement of Otahuhu and the Native village of Papakura—of which about 100 acres ate in grass, fenced and divided into three paddocks, —about three in oats, and six in wheat. The other improvements consist of two Cottages, a Dairy, and Stockyard, and a good Orchard of an acre in extent. The remainder of the two thousand acres is an excellent lunfor cattle, and is well watered and wooded.
