NOTICE.

ALL Persons having claims upon me will be pleased to send in their accounts to the office of F. W. Merriman, Esq., and to call for payment there, on Saturday next. And all Persons indebted to me upon Mortgage, Bond, Bills, and otherwise, will oblige by paying principal and interest as punctually as convenient, according to the terms of their respective engagements, to Mr. Merriraan, who is duly authorised by me to receive and give discharges for the same. TO BE- LET, FOR ONE, TWO, OR MORE YEARS, THE GRANGE FARM, near Mount Eden, containing about 120 Acres of Land, divided into four separate Paddocks, the whole enclosed by substantial Stone Walls. One Paddock, coutaining about 75 Acres, is perfectly free from scoria and ready for immediate cultivation, and has an ample supply of water at the driest season. The Orchards contain some hundreds of Fruit Trees, now of four year's growth, consisting of apple, pear, cherry, fig, and filbeit trees, and a number of choice vines.

THE HOUSE

contains, in the front, four rooms, two of which are 20 feet by 18, and two smaller. There is a fire-place in each of these four rooms. They are doubly lined, and elegantly papered throughout. At the back are two smaller sleeping rooms, a dairy, and a store room 18 feet by 14. Detached are a Kitchen and Servants' Sleeping Room. There is also a weatherboarded Cottage for farm servants at some distance from the house, consisting of two rooms, with fire-place in each. There is an excellent three-stalled Stable with spacious loft — Cow-house with loft — Coach and Cart House and Store-room, Fowlhouse, &c, &c. Apply to Mr. Forster, on the premises, or to F. W. LAND FOR SALE, BY PRIVATE CONTRACT.

ABOUT 110 Acres on the North Shore, bounded on one side by Pupuke Lake, and on the other by the head of Shoal Bay. The Land is of the first quality. About 20 acres are laid down in grass ; about ! 0 more are ready for a crop. There is a commodious Dwelling House on the property, with Barn and other out buildings ; also, an Orchard of about an acre in extent, in full bearing. The House commands a fine view of the Town and Haibour of Auckland, as well as an extensive view seaward. Part of the land is wooded, consisting principally of useful timber for fencing and other purposes. This farm will be sold on reasonable terms, as the Proprietors are about to dissolve partnership. "TFT ANTED A SITUATION to take charge W of a Cattle Station in any part of NewZealand, by a Young Man who perfectly understands the management of Stock ; can do any sort of work required amongst cattle, having had eleven years experience in the Australian colonies. WINTER GRAZING.

mi-IE PADDOCKS of the Undersigned, at JL Epsom, have been closed for the past three months for the purpose of producing an abundance of Grass to meet the wants of the present winter season. They are now open for the reception, of Stock to graze, at a weekly charge, viz. :—: — Cattle 2s. per head, H0r5e5. ..... 35. per head. Payment for any nominal period made in advance. Dry Stock only will be received. Apply to W. Faiuiell, on the Farm, or to the Proprietor, James Simms. Auckland, Bth July, 1851.

LATE OF lIOKIANGA, TJ ESPECTFULLY informs the inhabitants XV of Auckland, and the public in general, that he has commenced Business as Horseshoer, Farrier, and General Smith, in Mr. McDermotts Old Established Shop, opposite the Post Office, High-street, and trusts from his long experience m the diseases of horses and cattle, and by neatness and despatch in every branch of his business, to merit a share of the public patronage. Auckland, June 27, J 851.

THOMAS JARIES 7AC&AB., BOOKSELLER AND STATIONER, BEGS respectfully to inform his Friends and the Public generally of Auckland and its neighbourhood, that he has commenced business in Queen Street, opposite Messrs.
