PARIS, March 14. Ihe police rounded up in Lyons, Tours, and other provincial towus, agentr of Rochette. Most of the victims were farmers and small shopkeepers. "I djd not expect this early morning visit," remarlced Rochette with a twinkle in his eye when the police arrived at his office. "It is Sunday. Though I work on Sunday I did not ihinlc the police did." He stood ealmly smoking . a cigarette while the formalities were completed. '.It is such a pity my eldest daugbter is about to be married. I am afraid this business will not do her any good"
