WORK OF NATIONAL IMPORTANCE In connection with the registration of men in the 51 to 59 (inclusive) afe group for work of national importance the District Manpower Officer (Mr M Off) points out that people in industries which have already been declared essential industries. are not necessarily exempt from registration. Exemptions apply to only certain specified industries, and he advised those in doubt about their position to make enquiries at the Manpower Office
