Neale) and the Mayoress attended by invitation. Certain discussion took place, as to ways and means of increasing interest in the activities of the Navy League. It was agreed that a public meeting be called at an early date, to form a sub-

branch of Wellington, to elect a committee, and to arrange plans for the future.
