AIR FORBES AT MELBOURNE (United Press Association—By Eloctrio Telegraph—Copyright.) AIELBOURNE, 12th January. Interviewed on arrival at Alelbourne the Right Hon. Mr Forbes, Prime Alinister of New Zealand, declared that Air Scullin’s visit to England had stimulated great faith abroad in Australia and that the Commonwealth was held in high esteem as a wealthy, eager, young country which only required to relinquish extravagance and get down to work. Air Forbes added that the time for recovery abroad was very near and that rockbottom had been reached in nearly every sphere of commercial life.
