HUGE SLIP
OTAGO CENTRAL LINE BLOCKED (By Telegraph—Press Association) DUNEDIN, This Day. Following upon the recent wet weather, a huge slip completely filling the cutting has come down on the Central Otago railway, and will dislocate, the service for several days. In the meantime a limited service is being run from each terminus and passengers are placed under the necessity of walking around the slip to a train on the other side.
