MOSCOW'S ULTIMATUM SITUATION OBSCURE RUSSIA'S PEAK OP JAPAN (United Press Association—By Eleotrle Telegraph—Copyright) (Australian Press Association) LONDON, 10th July. No fresh development in the RussoChina dispute is expected until the end of the week. Delivery of the ultimatum at Nanking was delayed owing to translation difficulties. Moscow asked Nanking to deliver a copy to Mukden. Moscow meanwhile mailed a copy of the Russian text to Mukden. As the ultimatum dates from the hour of receipt the situation remains obscure. Reports of war talk and patriotic demonstrations continue to he received from Moscow. Everybody is said to be askinsr "will there be wart An answer seems to be "there will not." Russia is much too afraid ot .Japan, whose large interests ill Manchuria are a crucial factor.
