EXTENSION REQUESTED United Servioe (Received 17th July, 10.30 a.m.) RIGA, 16th July. The Chinese Charge d'Affaires at Moscow ha* requested an extension of the three days' period fixed to reply to the Russian Note. The guard at the Chinese Embassy has been strengthened.
