The circumstances surrounding the death of Alfred Willeau Gennge, a resident of Fcilding, aged 42 years, who died following a collision between ii motor cycle he was riding and a goods tin in at n level crossing at Pending, were investigated by the coroner this morning, who returned a verdict that deceased died from injuries received in an accidental collision. Apparently the deceased, who was deaf, did not hear the train's warning whistle, and for an unknown reason failed tn see the trail, approaching. No blame was attachable to the enginedriver.
