" \ The third annual meeting of the members ; of the Young Men's Olirißtian - Association ' l was held in. the Rooms last -evening, Mr J. H. Cock, President, in the chair. The annual .report and the balance sheet, which showed 'the Association to be in a sound financial

condition, were read and adopted. Votes of thanks having been passed to the retiring officers an3 Committee, the elections for the new year, were proceeded witb. „Mr J. H. Cock . was . re-elected , President, and the ministers who are., members.; of the Association ex officio Vice-Presidents. The following were chosen as- a Committee: — J.'lßinghain, W. Child, T, Field, R. W. Gibbs, J. H, Harknesa, J. Lawry, W. Lock, J.. Newman, F. B. Peart, T. Pettit, F. C. Pettife, and J.
