E ISQUALIFICATION OF MATA AND JOCKEY. Melbourne, Monday. The stewards of the Victorian Racing Club bave decided to disqualify Mata and his jockey for ever for dark riding in the recent races. Sydney, Monday. Arrived — Ringarooma from Auckland yesterday. It is stated that the dissolution of Parliament will be proclaimed to-morrow.
