London, October 2. It has been agreed by the Powers to await the proposal to be made by the Porte on Monday regarding the cession of Dulcigno to the Montenegrins. Further advices state that the Albanians are mustering in strong force at Dulcigno. H.M. transport Tlecla has taken torpedoes and boats to the Island of Corfu. A reward of £1000 has been offered for the discovery of the murderers of Viscount Mountmorris, who was shot dead in hia carriage at Donburn a few days ago. Consols, 97f. Adelaide wheat ex' -warehouse, 47s Cd ; Adelaide flour ex warehouse, 33s Gd. New Zealand wheat ex ship, 435. Tho total quantity of wheat afloat for Great Britain is 1,330,000 quarters. Australian tallow : best beef, 34s : best mutton, 3Ge. The stock of tallow in London to-day is 16,000 casks.
