Melbourne, Saturday. The Hunt Meeting was held to day,- when there was only a small attendance of the public. Hurdle Race— Pitnberly, 1; Kingston, 2. Hunt Cup— Highflyer, 1; Syphon, 2; Marquis, 3. Won easily. Flat Race— Monarque, 1; Dougalston, 2; Gossip, 3. The Queen has replied to the Marquis of Normanby's telegram announcing the opening of the Exhibition, wishing it success.' It is proposed to hold a grand review of the military and naval forces on the 9th of November. Sydney, Monday. Sailed on Saturday — Wakatipu for WeiWellington ; Rotorua for Auckland. Beisbane, Monday. The revenue of Queensland for the past quarter amounted to £485,000, being- an increase of ,£BI,OOO as compared with the corresponding period of last year. The Customs revenue for the quarter was £135,000.
