The numbers and styles of the various Denominations in the Colony are a little startling. No one who had not dived into the Census Returns is perhaps aware that there were 10 Ranters, and 283 Christadelphians in the Colony. Whilst the Andersonian, Dawnsonite, Glassite, and Trinitarian Sects had each a single representative. Of Exclusive Brethren there were but 11. But 17 " Shakers " appear in the list.
