The Prussian has Government restored to the Duke of Cumberland the sequestered property of the late King of Hanover, The Congress has decided that Varna and Schumla are to be evacuated forthwith, and for eachj a temporary Commissioner General is to be appointed by Eussia and the Porte. The Australians in their second innings with Birmingham scored 116 for five wickets. The rain then stopped the play, and the game was drawn. '
