Berlin, June 26. The sittings of the Congress terminate in three weeks, but it is intended to reassemble in the autumn to ratify the present proceedings.
The attitude of the Turkish delegates has been marked reserved throughout. The Congress has finished the arrangements regarding Bulgaria. The Danublan and Bulgarian fortresses are to be dismantled.
The Austrian occupation of Bosnia and Herzegoonia is imminent.
