Melbourne, Friday. The Council have laid aside the Appropriation Bill without a division. The Assembly has adjourned until the sth February. Several important measures remain undealt with. The Postmaster General asked the Council to restore the Payment of Members Bill to the paper to be dealt with on its merits.
