Sydney, Wednesday. lhe mail steamer Normanby was stranded on the Queensland coast. All hands were saved. Some Chinamen stuck up and robbed the camp at the Palmer River, taking £200. The orderly in charge had his head and feet lashed to a post, with a rope round his neck, and his head iv a bag. He was nearly killed. I wo of the Chinamen have been arrested.
