Paris, Oct. 9. The Loan of the City of Paris has been taken up. The subscriptions amounted to more than thirteen times the required sum. Several conflicts have taken place between French citizens and the German garrison at Dijon. Intense excitement was caused in consequence. M. Thiers receives complaints daily from the occupied Provinces, declaring that the presence of the German troops is insuportable. The German Generals refused to evacuate the department Aisse. until they had been officially informed that the 3rd instalment of the indemnity had been paid. They subsequently received orders, and evacuated. Dumbroski, the leader of the mob who attacked the German residence at Lyons, has been sentenced to two months' imprisonment. A deputation lrom Dijon waited upon M. Theirs, complaining of the conduct of the Prussians in occupation of that city. The Prussians were charged by the deputation with wantonly imprisoning 125 citizens whe forgot to deliver up their arms. The Municipality of Paris voted two millions of francs to repair the monuments and public buildings of the city. The supporters of the Empire are becoming bolder in intrigues, and are agitating openly for restoration. The Republican journals demand of M. Thier.s prompt action in suppressing Bonapartist conspiracies. The Court Revision to which Itosset appealed, huve judged him guilty of the penalty of death Thesentence of Kochfort's is commuted to banishment. The disarment of the National Guards is proceeding rapidly. Diplomatic ar. angements between Erance and Germany are completed. Continued agitation in the Algerian possessions causes uneasiness, lest the troubles cause (through the expense) the abandonment of the Colony.
