Scores made by the No. 1 City Rifles in the firing for the district prizes: — 400 yds. 500 yds. COO yds. Total. Sergeant Catley is 16 11 45 Sergeant Drew 16 15 13 44 Nine others fired. The Waim?a Rifles fired on Saturday, but as none of the competitors scored 49 points, they will not bo entitled either to proceed to Dunedin or to receive a district prize. We learn that the firing is to take place at Dunedin on the 29th and 30th April. Otago furnishes 9 competitors.
